Prajnanam Education Council (PEC) is a Section 8 not-for-profit organization committed to strengthening India’s education ecosystem through thoughtful institutional development and value-oriented learning initiatives. Established with a vision to nurture knowledge, character, and social responsibility, PEC works to create educational environments that inspire intellectual growth while fostering ethical awareness.

The Council promotes an education approach that harmonizes India’s rich cultural heritage with contemporary academic practices. By integrating meaningful values with modern pedagogical methods, PEC seeks to cultivate learners who are not only academically capable but also responsible, compassionate, and socially conscious individuals.

PEC develops and supports a continuum of educational institutions and initiatives addressing multiple stages of learning and community engagement. These include early childhood education through Pragyanam Kids – The Vedic Preschools, as well as formal schooling and higher learning initiatives envisioned through Pragyanam Vidyapeeth, along with teacher development programs and community-based learning centres.

Each institution and program under PEC is guided by the belief that education should nurture curiosity, creativity, and lifelong learning while strengthening cultural awareness and personal responsibility.

Guided by responsible governance and ethical leadership, PEC upholds the principles of transparency, accountability, and institutional integrity in all its initiatives.
