Empowering women through education is central to PEC’s mission of social equity. Our Women Empowerment Initiatives aim to provide girls and women with the knowledge, confidence, and skills to lead dignified, independent lives.
PEC operates capacity-building workshops, literacy programs, and vocational training for women in rural and low-income communities. These initiatives equip participants with both practical abilities and value-based awareness, enabling them to contribute meaningfully to their families and society.
Special emphasis is placed on promoting girls’ education, addressing barriers such as early dropout, lack of access, and social constraints. PEC’s awareness campaigns encourage families and communities to view education as a lifelong right and responsibility for women.
Through partnerships with government agencies and NGOs, PEC offers mentorship, micro-enterprise support, and leadership programs for women educators and entrepreneurs. Health, hygiene, and financial literacy are integrated into the curriculum to ensure holistic empowerment.
